Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
May 29, 2005

I can never seem to throw away cardboard boxes. I try and remember to set them out with the recycling every week, but usually they end up in the Closet of Cardboard with all of the moving boxes we saved from our move. But this week I decided to put some of that pristine cardboard to good use and make some containers:

I used gummed brown tape as the binder on all the edges - I love this stuff! A quick swipe of a damp sponge and you have this awesomely powerful adhesive that sticks right away and is dry to the touch in a few seconds. Perfect for those of us like me with no patience and a burning desire for instant gratification. Today I found some fun origami paper at the store and covered them. Viola!
